The item must be in perfect condition. If you send us a damaged item (stains, odors, etc.), no refund will be possible.
Custom orders are unique pieces built in your image. No refund will therefore be possible. This is why a certain dialogue is necessary in order to establish this order as best as possible.
Items with a high degree of personalization, such as the following: VERSATIL, BICOLOUR cannot be refunded.
