Terms of sale
The general terms of Sale aim to define the reciprocal rights and obligations of the parties as well as the different stages of the order process (exclusively due to the relationships they establish on the Internet). Validating your order means that you accept these general conditions of sale and that you definitively confirm your order.
All payments are 100% secure. You can make your payment by credit card or Paypal
The preparation time corresponds to the time elapsed between your payment and the shipment of your order.
If your item is displayed "in stock", your order will be posted within 24 hours to 72 hours.
If your item is displayed as "made to order", your order will be posted within 2 to 3 weeks, giving me time to carefully manufacture your items.
An approximate shipping date is displayed on each product sheet as well as on your cart summary. The manufacturing delay may vary depending on the influx of orders and your position on the list (chronological).
Delivery to a relay point is free in France from 50€ purchase. And from 100€ purchase in the European Union and the DOM TOM at your doorstep when Mondial relay is not available.

Delivery time: 5 to 7 working days
Deliveries in France and DOM TOM are made with or without signature, depending on your choice.
European Union :
LaPoste to the border, then the postal services of each country.
The following countries can benefit from Mondial Relay delivery: Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain, Portugal, Netherlands.
Delivery time: 3 to 7 working days
Other countries: La Poste to the border, then the postal services of the country concerned.
Delivery time: 5 to 10 working days
International deliveries are systematically made by registered mail with signature.
I put all my care into manufacturing the items, and will do my best to satisfy your order.
If, however, you are not satisfied and wish to make a return, contact us within a maximum of 15 days from the delivery date.
After this period, no refund will be possible.
The item must be in perfect condition. If you send us a damaged item (stains, odors, etc.), no refund will be possible.
Custom orders are unique pieces built in your image. No refund will therefore be possible. This is why a certain dialogue is necessary in order to establish this order as best as possible.
Items with a high degree of personalization, such as the following: VERSATIL, BICOLOUR cannot be refunded.
Here are the steps to ask for a return:
1- Log in to your Hatafaya account.
2- In your account dashboard, click on “History and details of my orders”.
3- Near your order, click on “Details”.
4- Select the item(s) you wish to return, indicating the reason for the return, then click on "generate a return".
5- The status of the return changes to “waiting for confirmation”
6- As soon as I receive your request on my dashboard, I will validate it and you will receive an email with the address and the return slip.
7- All you have to do is return the hat with the return slip. Upon receipt, and after checking its condition, I will send you a refund or a credit, depending on your choice.
NB: Shipping costs (back and forth) will remain yours responsibility during our exchanges.
For a custom order, there are three levels of customization:
You choose one of the existing models in the catalog and we modify 1 option:
- Size or Fabric (among those present in the catalog)
Pricing: +10% to +20% compared to the reference model
You choose a model from the catalog for which you will be free to choose several options (among those present in the catalog):
- Size modification (head circumference and/or hat height)
- Elastic tightening or with cord+cord stopper.
- Hat shape: Straight or rounded
- with or without visor
- with or without satin lining, even reversible.
- You can also provide your own fabric or select a "WAX" fabric that I have in stock.
Pricing: +20% to +50% compared to the reference model
You send me your ideas and if it is feasible, we will start with a sketch.
Pricing: price studied on a case-by-case basis (depending on the project)
Please note :
All customization requests will be studied on a case-by-case basis and the price adjusted according to the complexity of the project.
As soon as we have enough precisions to complete your order, we will send you a link for your purchase.
The seller reserves the right to refuse a personalized order if it seems too complex to set up, or if the influx of regular orders is too important.
For some obvious reasons, custom orders are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
